Way of Working

A coaching programme  is always made to measure.

During the intake session the following aspects are covered:

  • Getting to know each other
  • Information on the coaching process and principles
  • Expectations of the company/coachee/coach
  • Time investment and cost
  • Feedback and practical arrangements

During the coaching sessions, steps are taken:

  • To establishing a  trustful relationship between coach and coachee
  • To develop the process to increase the awareness and insights of the coachee
  • To use stimulation, motivation and support to develop meaningful actions aiming at getting the desired results.
  • To firmly root the desired results and insights and to stimulate further growth and development
  • To jointly evaluate and round off the coaching programme.

Between the coaching sessions the coachee will complete jointly agreed assignments .  During the whole process,  I am available for support by mail and phone.

The length and costs of the coaching programme will be discussed during the intake session.  On average 6 to 8 coaching sessions will lead to visible results on one goal.
